What an amazing new product. After trying 21TEN I was full of energy for most of the day. I never felt that crash which I have felt with over-the-counter energy drinks. I love the product. This is a great idea of combining a nice complement blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and cofactors that really do cover the bases without getting excessive. Having the balance of these nutrients is the key idea, and most products out there focus on only one or two of these. I like the idea of 2,000 units D3, which is a good foundation year-round and can be added to or not depending on season or latitude, etc. I think it tastes great just mixing it with water, but probably would be fine mixing it with juice if necessary. Patients are always asking me to recommend a bare basics nutrient blend that covers everything for optimal cellular and body health, and this definitely qualifies.

I reviewed the products in the drink that you had me evaluate. I think that it will help anyone with mood elevation, increase in energy, and clarity of thought. The levels of folate, vitamin B12, and vitamin D would be particularly important to elderly patients who may be having problems with memory and mood. The small amount of carbohydrate would be useful with diabetic patients. One could talk a long time about the potential good effect of all of the plant material in the blend. The mixture has many things that would make it an excellent antioxidant.
