What is the price structure for the Life Shotz?

A box of 10 packets is $25 for all Brand Reps and $35 for Customers.

What is the price structure for LSVIBE?

A bag of LSVIBE is $55 for Brand Reps and $75 for Customers.

Is Life Shotz and LSVIBE available in Canada?

Yes, through export only.

If I joined through Life Shotz, can I order Oxyfresh products?

Yes. You can use your Life Shotz login and password information to access the Oxyfresh website and place your orders.

Am I able to customize the Lose A Little, Lose A Lot and the Keep It Off Kits?

Yes. When you choose the number of Vanilla or Chocolate LSVIBE, the other is automatically adjusted. The same happens for Life Shotz and the Life Shotz sugar free.

Unilevel

What is Unilevel Dynamic Compression?

Sales on each level are calculated based on who is Active in that specific month. Inactive Brand Reps at any level do not "take up" that level. Those who are Active move up to fill those level sales for that month.

What percent is paid on the first and second levels?

The percent paid on your first- and second-level sales depends on how you qualify. There is not a flat percent paid on all sales like most Unilevel plans. Instead, we have specific bonuses that are earned based on meeting certain sales requirements on your first and second levels. For example:

• You can earn the 2 Star bonus of $45 (two personally sponsored Active Brand Reps who order at least three boxes).
• You can move on to earn the 3 Star Bonus of $90 (three personally sponsored Active Brand Reps).
• You then move to 4 Star and above and can qualify to earn Team Bonuses of $200 or $400 on your first- and second-level sales.

When do I start to earn Infinity and is it never-ending?

Infinity can be earned at the position of Platinum. Infinity will pay until someone else can earn it.

Monthly Commissions

How do I qualify for the Active price?

Either enroll for a $100 Auto Order or have $185 in Individual Sales accumulated for the month.

Do Personal Customer Sales count toward the Active requirement?

No.

If I'm Active in Life Shotz, do I need to be Active in Oxyfresh to earn commissions on my Oxyfresh sales?

Yes. You must be Active in both plans to be paid in both plans.

When do Sponsor bonuses for Business Builder Kits and Customer Profit pay out?

Daily if you have opted for the Life Shotz Pre-Paid Commissions Card program.

I enrolled with the $49 enrollment option and I am not qualified for Business Builder Bonuses. If I enroll someone with a Business Builder Kit, will the Sponsor Bonus heat seek if I am not qualified by the end of that month?

The Sponsor Business Builder Bonus will not heat seek. It pays only to the Sponsor if they are qualified.

When are Business Builder Bonuses for the first qualified Upline and Silvers paid out?

Monthly.

Will I automatically receive my Life Shotz Pre-Paid Commissions Card for electronic commission downloading or do I have to request one?

When Brand Reps enroll they will receive a personalized Life Shotz Pre-Paid Commissions Card as part of their Brand Rep Enrollment Kit, mailed separately by our banking partner. Instructions for activation and use will be included.

Will a commissions card be issued for each of my dependents if we enroll as a Family Membership?

Yes, each account will be issued its own card and commissions earned will be loaded to their wallet.

Will I be given a PIN to use at an ATM?

Yes. For your security, you will receive your Pre-Paid Commissions Card's PIN through a separate mailing directly from the issuing bank.

Is there an option to receive commissions by check instead of the Pre-Paid Commissions Card?

Yes. There is a $6 monthly processing fee for commissions issued by check.

Do I need to sign up to receive text messages and email notifications of earned commissions and bonuses?

Yes. You may elect to receive text messages and/or email notifications by logging in to your Brand Rep Office and clicking "Manage Your Pre-Paid Commissions Card" from the right-hand sidebar to update your preferences.

Personal Sales Incentive Bonus

How many personally sponsored Brand Reps or Preferred Customers do I need to earn the extra 35%?

You will start to earn the Personal Sales Incentive Bonus on your 5th Active Brand Rep and your 5th Direct Customer.

How many Brand Reps and Customers can I sponsor and earn 35%?

We do not limit the number of people you can personally sponsor or how many Preferred Customers you may have.

Can I earn the Personal Sales Incentive on a 2nd level Brand Rep if my 1st level is not Active?

No. This bonus is paid on your true first level Brand Reps only.

Is the Personal Sales Incentive paid on Personal Sales or Individual Sales?

Personal Sales.

How many Brand Reps and Preferred/Retail Customers can I sponsor and earn 35%?

We do not limit the number of people you can personally sponsor or how many Customers you may have.

If I have someone in my group who is earning the 35% on their first level, do I still earn below them on their group?

Yes. The Personal Sales Incentive does not block you from earning on the entire leg, just a few people on a particular level. For example:

• If you're a Silver, you would earn 7%/7%/4% for Unilevel 3/4/5.
• If you're a Gold you would earn 7% on levels three, four and five.
• If someone on your first level is earning 35% on what would be your second level, you still earn on levels three, four and five below them.
• If a second-level person was earning 35% on someone on your third level, you still earn on levels four and five of that group.

 

 

What are Individual Sales?

All orders (not including your Business Builder Kit) placed by you personally. Specifically excludes your Retail Customer and Preferred Customer sales.

If I have a first-level Brand Rep who is producing $750 a month or more, do I earn 10% on the entire $750?

No. It must be in excess of $750 (e.g. $751 or higher)

Do I also earn Personal Sales Incentive Bonus of 35%?

No. The 10% Bonus is paid as an either-or.

Do I earn both the 10% commission and the 10% rebate?

No. You earn 10% as a commission on your first level's excess of $750 in Individual Sales. The cash rebate is paid to the Brand Rep who purchased the excess of $750 of product.

How much do I personally need to order to qualify to earn the 10% rebate?

You would need to have Individual Sales in excess of $750 in order to qualify for the 10% cash rebate.

How do I earn the $45 2 Star Bonus?

Develop and maintain two Active Brand Reps on your first level.

How do I earn the $90 3 Star Bonus?

Develop and maintain three Active Brand Reps on your first level.

What are the options for the Team Bonuses?

$200 Bonus

• Maintain three Active first-level Brand Reps
• Maintain one first-level Qualified 3 Star
• Have 10 Brand Reps Active on Auto Order anywhere on your first two levels. (Compressed for the first 12 months)

What are Team Sales?

Team Sales are limited to all non-Business Builder Kit sales on your first and second levels (compressed for the first 12 months only). Team Sales also do not include your Individual Sales.

I am currently a 3 Star. Will I need to advance to 4 Star before I can start earning the $200 Team Bonus?

Yes. You are eligible for the Team Bonuses once you have reached 4 Star.

Half the United States receives its Life Shotz products via ground service within three days of ordering.

How long do I have to purchase the Business Builder Kit?

It must be purchased in your enrollment month or the first full month in the business.

What are my date options for Auto Order?

We have two options to choose from, the 1st & 16th of each month.

When will I receive my business cards once I purchase a Business Builder Kit?

Approximately 7-10 business days.

If I enroll with the $49 Enrollment Kit in February and purchase the Business Builder Kit in March, will the first $49 be adjusted on my account?

No. The Business Builder Kit must be purchased at the time of enrollment in order for the Enrollment Kit to be free.

If I enroll with a $100 Auto Order in April and it is set to run again May 1st, do I have the option of purchasing a $675 Business Builder Kit in May?

Yes. You will receive the Business Builder Kit for $675, which excludes the Auto Order portion for the current month.

If I buy the Business Builder Kit before my Auto Order runs that same month, will I have the option of suspending my Auto Order to the next month since the Business Builder Kit includes a $100 Auto Order?

Yes. We will automatically suspend your Auto Order to run the month following your Business Builder Kit.

If I am already paying for the Personal Marketing Center and I purchase the Business Builder Kit, will my next 6 months charges automatically be waived?

Yes. Your next billing cycle will start on your 7th month.

How much will it cost to enroll?

Does my current Brand Rep login and password allow me to access both Life Shotz and Oxyfresh websites?

Yes.

What is the annual renewal fee?

The annual renewal fee is $20 for all Brand Reps.

Business Building Pools and The Drive Pool

How many shares can I earn in the Business Building Pool?

There is no limit on the number of shares you may earn.

Are there minimum shares to participate in the Business Building Pool?

Yes. 2 shares minimum are required to participate.

What is each share value for the Business Building Pool?

Shares may be valued anywhere between $1 and $100 each. Value is determined by the total number of shares and total sales. LifeShotz does not control share value for these pools.

How do I earn shares in the Business Building Pool?

1) 1 share for having $200 or more in Preferred Customer sales
2) 2 shares for personally selling a Business Builder Kit

I enrolled as a Brand Rep on May 5th and I Sponsored one new Rep on Auto Order that same month. If I enroll 2 more in June, for a total of three Active Reps on my first level, will I qualify for the Double Shares Promotion?

Yes. You will qualify for the Double Shares Promotion for the month of June because you had a minimum of 3 Personal Active Rep's in your first FULL calendar month, which advances you to 3 Star.

How do I qualify for the The Drive Pool?

You need to be qualified
a) For the Business Building Pool

or

b) Have 20 Brand Reps Active on Auto Order anywhere on your first two levels in the current month.

How do I earn shares in the The Drive Pool?

1) 1/2 share for qualifying at Silver
2) 1 shares for qualifying at Gold and above

How many shares can I earn in the The Drive Pool?

A maximum of two shares, and you must qualify for Business Building Pool once every three months. Shares are determined based upon your qualified position of Silver through Platinum.

One share is earned for having $200 in Retail Customer Sales. Will the sales from my Preferred Customers on Auto Order be included?

No, only the sales from Customers that are not on Auto Order.

Stock Incentives

Can Brand Reps earn Stock Incentives?

Yes! The first three Brand Reps who reach the rank of Worldwide will earn 1% of stock in the company.

Rank Qualification

To qualify at Silver, how many 4 Stars do I need in each leg?

You will need one 4 Star in each of 2 legs.

Retail Sales, Profits and Preferred Customers

What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and a Retail Customer?

Preferred Customers are customers who are on Auto Order every month. We process payment, and ship directly to the Preferred Customer. They pay wholesale price.
Retail Customers are those who order Life Shotz directly from the Company and are not on a monthly Auto Order. They pay retail price and we give you the retail profit.

Is there any incentive for my Preferred Customers to remain on Auto Order?

Yes. They will continue paying wholesale vs retail if they remain on Auto Order.

How much profit will I earn if my Customer places an order directly with the company?

Your Retail Profit for orders placed directly through Life Shotz will be the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

Example 1: If your Customer places an order for 10 boxes on your Life Shotz website, you will receive the following retail profit:

10 boxes x $35 Customer Price	= $350
Retail Mark-Up	= $10 per box
TOTAL RETAIL PROFIT	= $100

Example 2: If that same Customer is your 5th or higher (rank based on sales in the current month) Customer, you will receive an additional 35% Personal Sales Incentive:

10 boxes x $35 Customer Price	= $350
Retail Profit	= $100
Additional 35% Personal Sales Incentive	= $122.50
TOTAL PROFIT	= $222.50

Preferred Customers

What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and a Retail Customer?

Preferred Customers are customers on a monthly Auto Order. We process payment and ship directly to the Preferred Customer. They pay Wholesale price.

Retail Customers are customers who order Life Shotz directly from the Company and are not on a monthly Auto Order. They pay Retail price and we give you the Retail Profit.

If my Customer is on Auto Order, will they receive Wholesale prices automatically?

Yes and they are considered a Preferred Customer.

If my Customer suspends their Auto Order for three months and places a seperate order during that time, Retail price will apply, correct?

Correct.

Preferred Customers can maintain any size Auto Order, correct?

Correct. There is no minimum.

Do Preferred Customers pay an annual renewal fee?

No, there are no annual fees for Customers.

How would I switch from a Brand Rep to a Preferred Customer if I decide not to renew?

Complete the Preferred Customer Agreement form in the Marketing Center of your online office and return it to the Life Shotz Corporate office.

If I switch to a Preferred Customer, my existing Brand Reps and Customers will no longer be sponsored by me, correct?

Correct.

Get 3 and yours is FREE

Do my Customers need to be on Auto Order, or purchase a certain amount of product, for them to count toward my Auto Order being discounted or free?

No, they do not need to be on Auto Order and there is no minimum. As long as you have at least 2 Customers purchasing product, your savings will kick in.

If my 3 Customers are doing less than I am, what will my discount be?

We will give you a discount of 33% of their orders. For example, if all 3 Customers are spending $70, your discount on each one will be $23.10, for a total discount of $69.30 off of your next Auto Order!

If my Auto Order is $100 and my 2 Customers are doing the same, will my next Auto Order be half off?

Yes, with 2 Customers doing the same thing you're doing, your next month's Auto Order will be HALF off. With 3 Customers doing the same thing, your Auto Order is FREE. Only freight and tax will be collected.

I currently have 4 Preferred Customers. The first 3 count toward my discounted or free Auto Order and when I have at least 5 Customers I will begin earning the Personal Sales Incentive on my fifth and on, correct?

Correct. There's not a specific bonus for your fourth Preferred Customer, however, the Personal Sales Incentive kicks in on your fifth and on.

The discount or free incentive will only apply toward product on my next month's Auto Order, not support materials, shaker bottles, etc., correct?

Correct. Only the product.

Can I choose to have my discount or free incentive applied to another order separate from my Auto Order?

The discount or free product will be applied to Auto Orders only..

To participate in the Get 3 and Yours is FREE, do I need to be Active with a minimum Auto Order of $100?

Yes.

This incentive is available only to Brand Rep's, correct?

Correct. If you're currently a Preferred Customer, you would need to Enroll as a Brand Rep before sponsoring others.

Business cards are part of the Builders Kit order, but they will be processed and delivered separately from the product.

How long will it take for the business cards to deliver in Canada?

Approximately 2 weeks.

Are printed materials available to Canadians?

Yes, printed materials are stocked in the Canada warehouse.

How long will orders shipped via export service take to deliver?

Shipments will be delivered within 14 business days.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Yes, at the time you pick up your order.

What information do I need to provide in order to obtain a Pre-Paid Commissions Card?

Date of Birth, residential address, your Social Insurance Number and your email address.

How long will it take for the Life Shotz Pre-Paid Commissions Card to deliver in Canada?

It normally takes 7-10 business days for processing.

Can I transfer funds from my Life Shotz Pre-Paid Commissions Card bank account to another local account in Canada?

Yes, you can transfer funds to your local account in Canada.

Is there a cost to me when Daily Business Builder bonuses are loaded to my card?

No, there is no cost to you.

When are earned Commissions loaded onto my card?

On the 15th of every month.

Is there a fee for loading funds onto my card on the 15th of every month?

Yes, there is a $2 transactional fee that will be applied against your commissions.

Do I have to obtain a Pre-Paid Commissions Card?

No, you can choose to OPT OUT by calling Customer Service and letting them know that you prefer to receive a check. If you opt out of the Pre-Paid Commissions Card, daily Business Builder Bonuses are added to your monthly commissions check.

When are checks mailed?

Checks are mailed monthly on the 15th, or the first business day following, and are subject to a $6 processing fee.

AUTO ORDER
A pre-set and authorized monthly order processed and shipped to you each month.

AUTO ORDER SALES
The dollar amount of all purchases placed by an individual Brand Rep via Auto Order. It DOES NOT include a Business Builder Kit, support materials, enrollment fees, website fees, renewal fees, or conference fees.

INDIVIDUAL SALES
The dollar amount of all purchases placed by an individual Brand Rep. It DOES NOT include a Business Builder Kit, support materials, enrollment fees, website fees, renewal fees, conference fees, or sales from all Customers.

TOTAL SALES
The combined Personal Sales including Business Builder Kits of all Brand Reps and Customers,(including Preferred) at all levels in your group.

FIRST.You can sell Life Shotz products to anyone directly and keep the profit. Many Brand Reps carry a small inventory of products for their direct customers. Life Shotz has suggested retail pricing on each product. Brand Reps may also choose to set their own pricing. Brand Reps are responsible for collecting sales tax and other necessary record-keeping measures.

SECOND.You may direct anyone to set up a Customer Account under your Distributorship. They can purchase directly from Life Shotz and the company will process the order, collect payments and ship the products. You will receive the difference between Life Shotz' suggested Retail Prices and the Wholesale Price.

PREFERRED CUSTOMERS

Preferred Customers are Customers who are on Auto Order every month.They pay Wholesale price as long as they maintain their Auto Order.

Those ordering directly through your Life Shotz website will receive regular sales and educational email correspondence from the company designed to generate consistent sales and referrals.
